    Hi,

I'm looking for some decent replacement bulbs for my car and all I seem to come across are the cheap LED bulbs from china!

Does anyone have any recommendations for new bulbs? Are led the way to go or are these still overheating?

    Thanks

    Chris

These are the result of £5 cheap ones from ebay, damn good in my opinion. Even if they go after a few weeks i wont mind as its only a fiver.

Halfords have them for 6.99. I'd love a pair but am unsure as to whether they are illegal, being a bluey coloured light?

No it doesn't,we had this conversation at length a while back. You would never see 14.5 volts at the bulbs if the car's charging system only produces 14.4 volts, what you need is LEDs that aren't cheap Chinese crap.

    Chris.

Well mine built to handle  14.5 volts so thats why they never blow like the Chinese crap, They are are very bright, never had problems with them yet and have them nearly a year, mine aren't cheap Chinese crap tho they were costly.

Heres the ones I have http://www.autosystems.ie/collections/frontpage/products/14-5v-white-39mm-fuse-style-led

The cheap ebay ones are useless cause there the wrong voltage so flicker and cause problems after afew days/weeks.
